Flair Design House offers you luxury for less with hands-on service from top to bottom! Here is a brief explanation of the steps we take to establish the unique design aesthetic for your property...

Step 1: 

At the onset of each project, we will start with an interior and exterior preview of property, receiving any initial client wishes, thoughts and ideas. Don't worry if you don't have any, starting with a blank canvas is our preference. The best advice at this early stage of the process is to let your designer do the design work for you! Please share your thoughts, but do allow us to embrace the creative spark that your unique property lights for us!

Step 2: 

The next step is to meet with client to share the overall design concept and house branding suggestion for the property. We will unveil an inspiration board, including concept furnishings, artwork, accessories, and a specific color palette for the project. 

Step 3: 

Product purchasing commences. As we carry no inventory, we will curate unique furnishings and treasures for your home, items that will look custom in nature when brought together, but can be sourced from "off the shelf" home goods retailers, estate sales, vintage markets, online sources, etc. as well as our favorite go-to wholesale furnishings venues for those important grounding elements. It takes a very talented eye to establish a high end look for less, and that's just what we do best!

Step 4: 

We will arrive at your property with all of the above mentioned furnishings and accessories in tow, and will begin the process of product installation and placement, layering our special finds in just the right locations throughout the space.
