Our design consultation is for owners who simply need some guidance setting up or refreshing their property. During the walkthrough (in person or remote), we will detail recommendations, including suggested conveniences, furniture and accessory purchases and placement, lighting, exterior styling, landscape, and overall color schemes, all which serve to enhance each room or area for it's best appearance. 

Save time by letting us source furniture and decor for you. Following the property preview, we'll provide a design plan to help you envision the property as it will look when refreshed, including the overall look, color scheme, and aesthetic of the property. We will provide a design board with photos of sourced items for selected rooms, including design elements such as wallpaper, paint colors, flooring, furniture, and accessories. Our work to source each item starts once we agree on the overall plan and direction, including property branding. This service can be done in person or remotely via video conference.

Whether you are setting up your vacation rental, reimagining an existing property, or in need of full service interior design services for your primary residence, we design to impress. We will...

• Design the overall property style and brand
• Create a design board for each room
• Coordinate the sourcing and purchasing of all furnishings and accessories (purchases are billed separately).
• Make sure all purchases are delivered to the property and supervise the transportation of items once the home is ready for installation.
• Set up/install all furnishings and accessories.
